Why Retain Us: Although facts and evidence are what we seek, the people involved are our greatest concern.
Communication: One of our major concerns is client awareness. We are in constant communication with our clients while the investigation is active. We attempt to involve the client in decisions and encourage their input throughout the case.
Computer Forensic Espionage: Internet violence and pornography are rampant and easily accessible to our youth. A new service, which we provide, is enabling parents to know when and where their children have been while on the Internet. This service is equally valuable to the business sector. We can track theft and fraud, selling of trade secrets, and pornography while on the job.
Billing: We work on an hourly rate, plus mileage and expenses also paid by the client. All investigative services require a signed agreement and prepaid retainer. At the conclusion of the investigation, we submit an itemized statement of account and a comprehensive written report.
